How to use AloPets

1. Reservation

When you start planning the travel, business trip, hospitalized, renovation a house, moving etc.,

please read "AloPets Service Agreement" and make a reservation for your cats or ferrets as soon as possible.

You can also book an appointment for a tour our facilities before making reservation.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or queries.

2. Before check-in

After booking a hotel room, it is advisable to have  "AloPets Boarding Consent Form" ready by the day of your cats/ferrets' stay to facilitate check-in.

Or you may send the contents of the consent form by email in advance. 

3. Cancel charge

Please contact us if you'd like to change the reservation.

A cancellation fee  is as below.  (Please refer to "AloPets Service Agreement".)

     7-3 days before reserved day…20% of  room charge

     2-1 days before reserved day…50% of room charge 

     check-in day or cancellations without prior notice…100% of room charge


4. Check-in day

We ask you to book a time to visit the hotel in advance to avoid congestion.

Please ensure that your cats or ferrets are in a safe carrier bag when you visit.

Payment for accommodation is by bank transfer or cash only and must be made in advance.

For first-time visitors to the hotel, we may ask for proof of the name and address of the person making the reservation (e.g. driving licence, health insurance card, passport).

◆Items we would like you to bring are as below.

 ・Enough food and treats for the number of days of stay.

 ・Veterinary vaccination certificates and medical certificates

 ・Favorite blankets and toys.

 ・A handful of toilet litter (for cats only)


5. During stay

During the hotel stay, the cats and ferrets can exercise in the free space, play with toys or have a good rest, depending on their condition.

If there are any changes in their physical condition due to the unfamiliar environment, we will contact you and deal with the situation. For more information, please refer to "AloPets Service Agreement".


6. Check-out day

We will confirm the time of your visit in advance so that cats/ferrets can get ready to go home. Please inform us as soon as possible if there are any changes.

At checking-out, we will give you a report on how your cats or ferrets spent their time during the stay.
