Discount for guest who stay more than 1 month. Please use this reasonable plan for hospitalization, business trip, overseas posting, housing reform, moving, etc. If you have any questions, please contact us.

・Long-term stay discount is only for guests who stay more than 1 month (30 nights 31 days).

  (We will adjust the boarding fee by calculation on daily pro-rate when boarding days are more than 1 month)

・Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or cash.

・For cats, the only rooms available at the discounted rate for the Long-term stay plan are the Standard Rooms for Cats.

　Please consult us separately if you need rooms for 2 or more cats.

・During the stay, as in the case of short-term stays, the guests can spend time in the free area or play with toys.

・Optional webcamera is not available.

・Weekly email reports are sent to customers who wish to receive them.

・We can also transport cats and ferrets to and from airports or train stations when you move house, etc., for a fee.

・Please bring the required amount of food for your cat or ferret to eat during their stay when you check in.

　If you run out of food for your cat or ferret, you can send it to AloPets or we will buy it for you and charge you later for the actual cost of the purchase.

・Please refer to ”Service Agreement” for details on what to do in the event of a sudden illness or other medical emergency requiring a hospital visit 

    during the period of boarding.
